I have been a professional screenwriter since 2004, when I was hired to write a series of industrial videos for a local production company. Shortly thereafter, I was hired to write my first feature.

I graduated with an MFA in screenwriting from the University of Texas at Austin and received a James A. Michener Fellowship for screenwriting.
